We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately at juliatietgens98@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the replacement or refund process promptly.

We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale or those that have been used or washed.
